Damaged/Lost Packages

Collage Empire will not be held liable for any damaged or lost items during shipping. Keep in mind that all items are carefully inspected before packaging. Collage Empire will never for any reason package damaged products.

However, if for any reason a product needs to be returned, the shipping costs will be your responsibility. Shipping costs are also nonrefundable. 

Processing times

Ready to ship orders are processed within 5 to 7 business days. For custom orders please allow 10 to 15 business days for your order to be processed. Orders may take longer during high volume seasons.

Cancellations

If you'd like to cancel which we hope you do not or you would like to make a change to your order, you are able to do so up to 24 hours after you receive your order confirmation. Please contact us at collageempire.art@gmail.com with your order number within the 24 hours and we will be happy to assist you with your changes.
